Phase 3 (May 1-5) covers ~90% of forecast volume. Phase 2 (Apr 23-27) for earring expansion.
At every booth: show your top 3 anchor SKUs (printed). Ask MOQ, FOB at 1K / 5K / 10K, lead time.
Photograph booth cards. Collect WeChat QRs, not paper.
Between phases (Apr 28-30): factory tours with known vendors (Xin Kui, Haoshuai, Lynn) beat booth shopping.
Before any new factory order: ask about their existing clients to vet quality. Demand samples at your MOQ.
